Welcome to Aspire Intervention

With decades of wide background experience in ASB reduction, policing, community safety and risk management, we are well-equipped to help the young problem solve their school and home lives. To do this we engage with those individuals most in need of targeted one to one personalised specialist support with the school environment. We endeavour to inspire and empower such, often overlooked, young students towards a new positive direction and aspiration to greater things. Helping them to identify abilities and positive traits, then move towards overcoming their individual challenges. All to maximise the chances of increased attendance levels, improved behavior and more focused class participation. Promoting a more adult approach bringing about positive changes likely to encourage academic improvement. All to provide a catalyst for improved personal judgement and individual decision making. Helping students to increase their confidence by learning  and cultivating personal skills and attributes. Identifying their true abilities and future potential both in school and beyond.  There have already been a multitude of  students in need, who have been referred successfully for previous interventions. Pupils who have benefitted significantly from such individual, personalised support. Supporting statement type references from current schools using Aspire services can be made available if required. We have been working intensively during the last five years  previously within the high profile Evolve  team, to help hard pressed teachers with their most challenging pupils in Essex schools. Please be aware that our current service is now provided only to schools, accessed via their nominated pastoral care lead officer. They must be based in the Essex area only. The minimum 6 week, one hour sessions, are financed for their nominated students, by their school. Our specialist intervention services are often over subscribed but there may be some spare capacity from time to time.
